Nils was one of the first team members to join Albatross, initially as a summer intern in 2022. before being let loose to sell to the group’s broker network.

He then took up the full-time role of sales executive in March 2023. 

In his role as associate director, Nils will still be primarily focused on the sales desk, but more involved in the strategic direction of Albatross as the company embarks on a major new funding mission. 

According to the lender, the promotion to associate director is a recognition of Nils’ rapid personal growth as a front leader of Albatross, not just as a salesperson, but as a key supporting member to the team in a variety of areas. 

Nils has added tremendous value to Albatross in the past two years, covering everything from strategic hiring through to introducing funding and investments to the group.

In addition, Nils’ social media branding exploded, with #DealsWithNils becoming a talking point on LinkedIn.

This entirely compliments the relationships he has developed with his brokers and borrowers, as he works tirelessly to keep his customers happy and ensure the lending process as seamless and enjoyable as possible — a trait that is very much at the forefront of Albatross’s offering.
