Knight Frank appoints EMEA head of occupier strategy and solutions

Knight Frank has appointed Philipp Ueberschaer (pictured above) as its EMEA head of occupier strategy and solutions.

With over 18 years’ experience as a real estate professional, Philipp has transacted several million sq ft in markets across the globe, advising large corporations from a wide range of sectors on their global portfolios and real estate strategies.

At Knight Frank he will work closely with Mike Bowden, managing director of Europe, and Anthony Duggan, chair of Europe, to grow the firm’s European occupier platform, supported by Tim Armstrong, global head of occupier strategy and solutions.

Philipp joins from JLL where he spent 17 years in the occupier business, working across Germany, France, London and most recently as managing director of the international desk in New York.

Tim commented: “As global occupier requirements become increasingly complex, we’re very pleased to bring Philipp on board to lead across EMEA.

“He brings with him a huge amount of experience and is expertly placed to drive our expansion in the region.

“Our occupier platform has been on a dynamic journey of growth and transformation over the last few years.

“Along with geographical expansion, we’ve evolved the service offering, regularly securing multi-market mandates and household name accounts.

“Under Philipp’s leadership, we have the people, platform and offering to accelerate and fulfil our ambitious expansion goals across Europe.”
