Aspen refreshes branding with new logo and website




Aspen Bridging has rebranded with a new logo and a revamped website.

The insignia features the outline of two buildings to signify the lender’s speciality for bridging and light development loans, while the broker-focused website features a reworked interactive portal designed to simplify and accelerate the applications process.

Last month Aspen revealed it had reached the £500m lending landmark since its founding in 2017 and is now targeting £1bn in the next few years.

Further personnel moves have seen Ian Miller-Hawes rejoin as sales director and Mike Allen appointed as business development manager alongside promotions across its risk, underwriting and credit teams, with two further new appointments to be announced in the coming weeks.

Jack Coombs, managing director at Aspen (pictured above), said: “All the changes we have made to the business since the turn of the year are designed to enable us to reach £1bn in total lending in just a few years’ time — the new logo and website bring us up-to-date with the look and feel of the business.”
