After online voting closed on 25th March, our external judging panels spent the past week shortlisting the companies and individuals within the bridging, commercial, development, and BTL sectors competing for 24 of the 27 awards.

This year, the previous categories for Green Product of the Year and D&I Campaign of the Year have been combined into one all-encompassing ‘ESG Company of the Year’ award, which will be given to the company that has implemented an ESG strategy that offers long-lasting and measurable change.

In addition, the categories for development and mezzanine lender of the year have also been merged into one ‘Best Development Lender’ award that applies to all providers of development debt, mezzanine, and equity structures that have made an exceptional and positive impact in the market.

As part of our new judging system that we launched last year, shortlisted companies will be required to submit a short video explaining why they deserve to be crowned in their category.

Individual nominees will be interviewed live by our expert judges on 16th May.

All shortlisted nominees will be contacted directly by the Medianett Publishing team with the next steps and deadlines to support their nomination.

The names of the winners — following the official judging day on 16th May — will be kept a closely guarded secret until this year’s Alice in Wonderland-themed daytime event at the Hurlingham Club.
