KSEYE and LDN complete £4.2m Canary Wharf residential bridging loan

KSEYE and LDN have recently completed on a £4.2m residential bridging facility for the purchase of 10 flats in Canary Wharf.

The flats consist of studio and one-bed apartments at between 70-90% LTV, based on purchasing price.

The client was looking for a 12-month term to sell 25% of the units and retain the remainder, with an exit onto a BTL mortgage which was established as a credible exit at the outset.
