Century provides £9.1m development exit on former Olympic site scheme

Century Capital has facilitated a £9.1m development exit loan with equity release for a newly built block of 23 flats in Stratford.

The 70% LTV, first charge loan, which was completed within two-weeks from inquiry, was on an apartment complex on the former Olympic site — the complex has a property value of £13m.

The returning client required funds to repay their development financing and raise cash for further investment in family-owned businesses.
