Angela has worked in the industry for over 25 years, accompanied by hands-on experience leading teams as director of strategy and propositions at Recognise Bank, and senior manager roles at Royal Bank of Scotland — she has also worked at a series of high street fintech challenger banks.

She will be leading the regional lending teams and working closely with the regional directors and their teams, while being based at the YBS head office at Broad Gate in Leeds, but will spend much of her time travelling around the country, supporting the regional teams.
