Registration now open for FP Show 2024

Registration is now open for the Finance Professional Show 2024.

The FP Show will be on held on Friday 8th November at Olympia London between 9:30am and 4.30pm.

Following high demand from exhibitors and delegates last year, the FP Show will be expanding its floorplan and welcoming a larger number of exhibitors and features to accommodate a growing audience.

The event will have something to offer for everybody, showcasing the A-Z of exhibitors across a range of financial services from bridging and BTL through to property development finance and commercial mortgages, and everything in between.

Visitors are now able to register for the FP Show online and can visit the official website to find out who is exhibiting so far.

The FP Show reported record registrations and attendance in 2023, with well over 1,200 visitors coming through the doors, and we are anticipating another record-breaking year in 2024.

At the 2023 show, almost 60% of attendees stayed for 3-4 hours or more.

According to a post-event survey, the top three reasons delegates attended the FP Show 2023 was to make new connections and expand their network (79%), familiarise themselves with other firms’ offerings (60%), and to arrange deals in person and source new business (45%).

At last year’s exhibition, 95% of delegates surveyed responded that they had conducted business and made new relationships as a result of attending, while 95% said they would attend the show again.

Professionals shared the biggest benefits to attending the FP Show:

“[It gave us] the ability to see so many lenders in one place and catch up with peers.”

“To pre-arrange meetings with lenders as it is convenient to meet many in one place, and we agreed a deal!”

“The event met my expectations for a sustainable and responsible event. I absolutely loved the variety and the speaker choices.”

“Getting to speak to all the lenders under one roof.”

“Putting faces to names and see some lenders that I would not normally use.”

“To meet all our panel lenders for a catch up. Some had changed our BDM, so [it gave us] a chance to meet the new BDM. I took three live deals with me that I wanted to discuss.”

“I found the calibre of visitors were more educated on the offerings available and thus conversations were of a better quality.”

Last year’s event involved the hugely successful live Criteria Clinics in the Conference Theatre, hosted by Knowledge Bank CEO Nicola Firth.

While the conference panel sessions for 2024 will be announced over the coming weeks, expect an exciting and educational day with criteria discussions across a wide variety of specialist finance types.

Sponsors of this year’s event include Octane Capital, Bridge Invest, and YBS Commercial Mortgages, with more sponsors, guest speakers, and features to be announced over the coming months.

Beth Fisher, managing director at Medianett Publishing, said: "Get ready for an even bigger and better experience on Friday 8th November at Olympia London.

“Following last year's phenomenal success, this year we expect even more footfall, an expanded floorplan, and an impressive array of exhibitors and features.

“Our record-breaking attendance in 2023 highlighted the show's immense value, with delegates discovering significant business opportunities and forging powerful connections.

“This year, we're unveiling an extraordinary line-up of conference panels and lively discussions on the industry's most pressing topics.

“In an era where brokers face increasing challenges in placing complex deals, the FP Show is your ultimate destination to build and nurture vital contacts in the specialist finance market and excel in your business endeavours.

“Don’t miss out on the premier expo of the year — register now and be part of the FP Show 2024.”

The event is complimentary to attend, but registration is required.
