LendInvest Mortgages has introduced dual representation for bridging projects across its full product range.
The dual representation addition means customers are able to select a single law firm to act on behalf of both themselves and LendInvest.

The introduction aims to streamline the legal process, accelerate deal completion, and reduce costs and is available on the firm’s Mortgage Portal.
