Nathan Wilson (pictured above, far right) has joined as senior underwriter, tasked with building relationships with key partners and helping the division increase the volume of business written while helping to develop new products — prior to joining HTB, Nathan spent 10 years at UTB.

Taking the role of senior lending manager, Olivia Colmer-Lynch (pictured above, far left), joins the bridging team from specialist mortgages at HTB, where she previously worked for over four years.

In her new role as senior lending manager, she will oversee the processing team and lead communication between sales and underwriting within the department.

Ella Hosier (picture above, centre left), joins the firm as a lending manager and most recently spent time as a case manager at MT Finance.

Barry Ireland (pictured above, centre right), takes the role of BDM covering the South East and Midlands areas and has significant experience in the mortgage industry and joins from Castle Trust where he was a regional account manager.
