The core products the firm deals with include bridging and development finance and an exit refinance package for specialist BTL and commercial mortgages. 

The new firm is a JV between Ngage Finance founders, sales director Nathan Raffour (pictured above, right) and managing director, Andrew Gage (pictured above, left), and their new partner, Vikesh Patel (pictured above, centre), who was most recently a senior consultant of structured finance at FinSpace.

Vikesh carries over 22 years’ experience in the specialist finance industry and now joins with Ngage Finance which was founded in 2021 and benefits from a collected experience of around 26 years’ between Andrew and Nathan.

Vikesh will now head up the NPF office in London, while Ngage Finance will continue to operate out of Cardiff.

Commenting on the new JV, Vikesh said: “I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset. Building something I can call my own and for the future; controlling my own destiny; running a business has always been a dream of mine. 

“Having worked in finance for 22 years it made sense to launch my own business in the sector where I have a strong network, client bank, extensive knowledge and experience.

“Andrew and Nathan have great experience in building specialist finance brokerages. Under their guidance and mentorship, I believe I have all the tools to succeed in this new venture.
