The announcement of the new company was made in July of this year after Rob departed from his position as managing director at MS Lending in the preceding April.
Rob has built diverse experience from roles such as head of specialist lending at Together as well as 12 years running his own property business.
His new venture, Inhale, is formed through a strategic partnership with Rob Rackind, who has joined the company as non-executive chairman.
Rob Rackind brings many years of industry experience in managing investments across Europe and North America, most recently serving as global head of real estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management.
The firm will be concentrating on the commercial and first-charge residential markets and has secured office space in Altrincham — it will also be announcing strategic hires over the coming months.
