The partnership will see Knowledge Bank’s founder and CEO Nicola Firth moderate a series of interactive, in-person sessions that tackle questions and offer solutions around specific finance products.
The panels will be held throughout the day in the conference theatre and will cover several areas of specialist finance, including bridging, commercial mortgages, development finance, and BTL.
Brokers will get the chance to ask the panel questions and vote in live, interactive polls to get a good feel of market sentiment.
A full programme — including details of the panellists involved — will be published on B&C in the coming weeks.
Last year’s live criteria clinics covered several pressing topics, such as the key qualities lenders must have to stand out in the crowded bridging market, the significant supply/demand gap in the social rented sector, and the transformation of the commercial retail sector.
The most popular conference sessions in 2023 were on bridging lending, commercial mortgages, and development finance, with 83% of delegates stating they agreed or strongly agreed that the panels last year had a good range and calibre of speakers.
Some 31% of delegates attended the FP Show last year in order to attend the live criteria clinics and learn more about the industry.
It is expected that all sessions will be oversubscribed again this year, and therefore we advise delegates to register and turn up early to get a seat.
Those interested in visiting The FP Show and attending the live criteria clinics can register for free to attend the expo.

Nicola Firth, CEO and founder of Knowledge Bank said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be back working with the Medianett team to bring the Criteria Clinics Live to the FP Show in November. Last year we placed cases in real-time with a panel of lenders and this year we’ll be packing even more into the sessions! I’m always amazed at how the team manage to raise the bar with each show and this year is no exception.
"The feedback from brokers on these sessions has been amazing and it’s been standing room only in the auditorium. It’s great to be able to provide delegates with such a valuable forum to bring them up to date on criteria and provide solutions for even the most complex cases.”
“We are delighted to welcome back Knowledge Bank and its live criteria clinics at this year’s FP Show, offering delegates an unparalleled opportunity to place complex cases and ask their burning questions,” said Beth Fisher, managing director at Medianett Publishing.
“Visitors always look forward to these in-person educational sessions, as it is a chance for them to get hands-on learning and insights on key trends in the specialist finance sector in a fun and interactive way.
“Last year, our conference theatre was bursting with attendees keen to gain valuable information and knowledge from some of the top experts in the industry, and we are sure this year will be the same.
“We encourage all those interested in attending the criteria clinics to register for the FP Show.
“We are excited to see the conference theatre come alive again with educational discussions this November.”
