The loan was to long-standing client Fattal Hotels Group to support the Leonardo Hotel Verona, The Leonardo City Centre Milan, and the Leonardo Boutique Rome Termini.
Fattal also owns the NYX Hotel in Milan, Leonardo Hotel in Lake Garda, and the NYX Hotel Rome.
