Sikoia's AI-powered automated document processing solution, which is designed to accelerate and simplify the mortgage process, has been integrated into OMS’ CRM and Originations platforms.
OMS users will now be able to automate the processing and verification of customer documents such as analysing bank statements, with an aim of reducing the administration of manual assessment — other key features include automated budget planning, income verification, and employer checks.
Currently, OMS processes approximately 5,000 new mortgage applications each month, which the firm exoects to grow with the integration of Sikoia’s technology.
