The new portal’s features include customised dashboard, a new case listing page with enhanced filtering options and a new way of managing individual cases including revitalised messaging functionality.
Also included are additional security features such as dual-factor authentication and access controls aimed at providing clients with further comfort in regard to data and its access.
Method’s portal has been established using feedback from both lenders and brokers.
