Industry titans to headline FP Show 2024 Live Criteria Clinics

Knowledge Bank founder and CEO Nicola Firth will return to the FP Show 2024 on 8th November at Olympia London to moderate a series of interactive sessions, offering brokers the chance to engage directly with industry leaders.
Brokers can attend the highly anticipated Live Criteria Clinics in the Conference Theatre for free by registering online.
This year's event promises a comprehensive lineup of expert-led discussions on the specialist finance industry.
The sessions start from 10:30am and will address pressing topics in bridging, commercial mortgages, development finance, and BTL markets.
Attendees can pose questions to the panellists and participate in live polls, gauging the latest market sentiment.

10:30am – BTL mortgages:
- this panel will cover current market conditions, affordability, LTVs, and the impact of the Renters Reform Bill

11:30am – Commercial mortgages:
- experts will explore semi-commercial and mixed-use properties, borrower experience, and market forecasts
- the panel will feature Stephen Spinks, head of sales – commercial mortgages for South & central at Allica Bank; Mike Davies, head of lending at YBS Commercial Mortgages; Adrian Moloney, group intermediary director at OSB Group; and Tanya Elmaz, director of intermediary sales at Together
12:30pm – Bridging finance:
- topics such as regulated and unregulated bridging, exit strategies, and underwriting will be discussed

1:30pm – Development finance:
- industry leaders will examine the state of the development finance market, GDVs, and managing increasing costs
- speakers include Lee Merrifield, director of credit at MSP Capital; John O'Donovan, partner at Harold Benjamin; Lee Francis, head of originations at CapitalRise; Leo Del Rosso, senior lending manager at Commercial Acceptances; and Guy Murray, co-head of short-term finance at West One
