Commercial mortgages of between £1m and £4m will now qualify for a rate discount of 0.25% — previously the discount was available on commercial mortgages of between £1m and £2m.
Available immediately, the new discount applies to applications submitted before midnight on Friday, 29th November.
Examples of the discounted rates for fixed rate loans include training businesses loans at a 7.24% rate for 65% LTV and 6.28% rate for 45% LTV, while property investment loans now have a fixed rate at 6.89% at 65% LTV and 6.21% on 45% LTV.

For variable loans, discounted rates are now 2.96% on 65% LTV, and 2.17% on 45% LTV for trading businesses loans, while rates are 2.71% on 65% LTV and 2.09% on 45% LTV for property investment loans.
