In the three months to October, the lender made new records in commercial lending activity.
Across the quarter, Atom received 43% more applications for commercial mortgages compared to the same period in 2023.
The bank also set a new record for the value of offers, beating the previous record set in the preceding quarter.
The level of offers was up by 142% compared with the same period last year.
As a result, Atom has already exceeded the total value of offers and completions for commercial mortgages for the entire 2023/24 financial year.
