The rebrand reflects the company’s focus on deal origination, development, and asset management.
Alex Morgan, partner and head of asset management and development management (pictured above, centre), and Ken Edwards, partner and head of investment (pictured above, left), explained that the rebrand marked the completion of a growth phase they started with the late Trevor Morgan.
This includes the appointment of Simon Morgan, partner (pictured above, right), to the senior leadership team, as well as several appointments and promotions.
The rebrand supports an expansion led by the founding partners to better control their asset ecosystem, meet changing occupier needs, and integrate property management into Morgan Real Estate's asset management and operational services.
Earlier this year, Morgan Real Estate appointed Tom Lighfoot and Sam Taylor to the development management team, and Will Dickson to the asset management team.
Additionally, James Meaden and Lucy Browne-O’Sullivan were recently promoted to directors within the development management team.
Alex said: “The recent changes to our business reflect our commitment to being true stewards of our partners’ capital, putting their interests at the forefront of everything we do.”
Ken added: “Our new name, alongside recent structural changes to the business, has brought a fresh perspective to the Morgan brand, one that further leverages the expertise of our team and better positions us to deliver best-in-class assets across the UK.”
Simon commented: “Armed with fresh talent, we are ready to enter the next phase of the market cycle.”
