The firm’s funding has extends across the UK and Wales, with the highest concentration of loans in London, Merseyside, Cheshire, West Yorkshire, and Cornwall.
One developer Black & White has completed a series of developments with is Sam Omonua, who has completed 12 schemes with the lender.
