Black & White Bridging funds creation of 1,000 homes to date




Black & White Bridging has supported the creation of 1,000 new homes to date across the UK.

The firm’s funding has extends across the UK and Wales, with the highest concentration of loans in London, Merseyside, Cheshire, West Yorkshire, and Cornwall.

One developer Black & White has completed a series of developments with is Sam Omonua, who has completed 12 schemes with the lender.
