Stefano has over 27 years of financial services experience.
Previously, he worked at HSBC for 12 years, where he was a managing director before becoming a principal in the group M&A team.
Stefano also spent five years at PwC where he qualified as a chartered accountant (ICAEW).

Commenting on his new role, Stefano said: “Having followed Cynergy Bank closely over the years and seen its impressive growth trajectory, I am now excited about being part of the C-suite and working closely with the senior management in taking the bank to its next level in developing an innovative mid-market human digital banking platform.”

In October last year, the bank rolled out a new bridging product to support larger, more complex loans.
