Alan Kimber (pictured above, right), has been promoted to head of bridging for Precise, after working at OSB Group since 2012.
Marc Callaghan (pictured above, left), has also been promoted and is now head of commercial lending and will continue to focus on supporting clients across InterBay with their wide commercial requirements.

Commmenting on the promotions, Adrian Moloney, intermediary sales director at OSB Group said: “I’ve worked with Alan and Marc for a number of years and their support and dedication to delivering the best possible service to our broker partners has not gone unnoticed.
