In 2024 the firm’s loan book grew by 65% and, with a rise in headcount to support this.

All three divisions are currently heavily recruiting and in 2025 the company is expecting to increase its headcount by in excess of 50%.

Andrew Bloom, CEO at Spring, commented, "I would like to personally congratulate each of these individuals on their richly deserved promotions.

“Spring is a growing company with significant ambitions, and this is an exciting time in our journey.

“2025 is set to be a transformational year for the company and our people are key to us achieving our goals — I look forward to seeing what they, and the wider Spring team, accomplish over the next 12 months."
