Kate joined CSS in 2004 and has since held a number of key roles across the business, including chartered surveyor, managing surveyor, regional operations manager, and regional director before stepping into the newly created role of head of surveyor development.
In her new role Kate will provide support to new and existing surveyors, ensuring they have the opportunities for career enhancement.
Her responsibilities will include co-ordinating the aftercare programme for newly qualified surveyors, development programmes for existing surveyors, training days, conferences, and the Valuer Forum.
She will also play a key role in wellbeing initiatives, including support networks for women in surveying, new parents, diversity and inclusion, and the menopause.
