Black & White appoints four new team members




Black & White Bridging has made four new appointments to its relationship team.

The new appointments represent an increase of nearly a quarter of the firm's workforce.

The firm has appointed Dan Nathan (pictured above, centre right) as internal relationship manager and Sureyya Vidali (pictured above, centre left) as social media and marketing executive, while Mike Underwood (pictured above, far left) and Shahed Popat (pictured above, far right) have been hired as relationship managers to enhance the company’s presence in the South of England.

As the inaugural member of the firm’s internal sales desk team, Dan support existing intermediaries and onboard new brokers.

Commenting on his appointment, Dan said: "Joining Black & White Bridging is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that places intermediaries at the heart of its business.

“My background as a broker has given me a strong understanding of the challenges intermediaries face, and I am looking forward to helping them succeed by providing the truly transparent and reliable support they deserve while growing the internal sales function."

Sureyya joins the firm with extensive experience in reactive social media and brand strategy, having previously worked with Metro Bank and Starling Bank.


Commenting on her appointment, she said: "It’s an exciting time to join Black & White Bridging. I am eager to help elevate the brand and ensure its core values are consistently communicated.

“I look forward to building on the strong reputation Black & White has established in the specialist lending market and expanding our audiences."

Mike formally worked as a product manager at Adsum, and said: "I look forward to leveraging my experience to strengthen our relationships with intermediaries across the South Coast and Southwest.

“Black & White Bridging’s commitment to truly transparent lending aligns perfectly with my approach to client service, and I can’t wait to get started."

Shahed, who previously worked at Roma Finance, commented: "I am thrilled to join Black & White Bridging at such an exciting time in its growth journey.

I look forward to building strong relationships and contributing to the continued success of the company."

In their new positions, both Mike and Shahed will focus on enhancing Black & White’s presence in Hertfordshire and along the South Coast.
