Rebecca Alden (pictured above left), returns to underwriting, being appointed to underwriting operations director after four years with the company — she will be moving from her current role overseeing servicing and collections to lead the Together underwriting team.
Jonathan McCarthy (pictured above, centre), and Emma Carpenter (pictured above, right), will both be moving into head of department roles — Jonathan has worked at Together for 25 years in a variety of positions, including as a processor, underwriter and team manager, he will now be covering personal finance for the lender.
Emma, who will oversee commercial finance, has worked spent six years at Together, starting her career at the lender looking after the operations support team, before moving through several roles in broker underwriting and commercial operations.
Together has also promoted two colleagues to underwriting director; Ben Wilson and Emma Barker to its personal finance team, and Ben Storey will be re- joining commercial finance.
The appointments come as underwriting operations director Duncan Abraham, who has spent the last 26 years with the lender, is set to leave to join West One Loans.

The firm has also recently appointed Melanie Fourie as North West corporate relationship director.
