How long have you been in the industry and how did you get to where you are now?
Since 1991 as an adviser and as a BDM since 2002, I started with Natwest as a BDM which changed to RBSIP and have worked for DB Mortgages and Royal London
What did you want to be when you were younger?
A pilot in the RAF
What is the most significant difference you have seen in terms of bridging over the years up to now?
The amount of new lenders coming to the market and how much it has changed from the old days of traditional bridging lending
Which sports team do you support, if any, and why?
Leeds United and New York Giants. Leeds because I started to follow them when they were a Division 2 side and the Giants because I like New York
If you could change one thing about the sector, what would it be?
Recognition for us lenders that have been around for a number of years
