Neil brings over 25 years of expertise in specialist lending, including two and a half years as senior relationship director at Ashman Bank and eight years as head of sales at Masthaven Bank.
In his new role, Neil will drive the company’s expansion into new markets and oversee the diversification of its product offerings.
Commenting on his appointment, Neil said: “The goal of expanding our market presence, increasing our client base, and enhancing our product offerings is both exciting and achievable.
