After online voting closed on 17th March, the companies and individuals within the bridging, commercial, development, and BTL sectors who received the most votes can now be revealed in our official shortlist across 24 award categories.

The remaining two awards — Outstanding Contribution and Lifetime Achievement — will be determined by B&C.

Shortlisted companies and individuals will not need to do anything further, apart from showcase their achievement of being included in the official shortlist. 

All shortlisted nominees will be contacted directly by the Medianett Publishing team.

The companies and individuals who received the highest number of votes will be announced as winners during the awards ceremony on 5th June at Ditton Manor, Berkshire.
