The Euston hotel is a 201-key Four Points Flex by Sheraton, a brand of Marriott and opened in September 2024 following development by Splendid.
The second asset, the Holiday Inn at Brentford Lock offers 134 guest rooms, in the London Borough of Hounslow, a short walk from Brentford railway station and is located six-and-a-half miles to the west of Heathrow airport.
