The loan included a £28.6m bridging facility alongside a top up VAT bridge and was one of the largest loans completed by Aria since the merger of Enterprise Finance and Vantage Finance in 2022.
The deal was led by Aria’s sales and commercial director, Joe Aston, while it was also delivered by Piragash Sivanesan and his team at Shawbrook.
