Century completes £13m of lending over Easter

Century Capital has completed a range of bridging deals totalling over £13m across its Century PLUS and Century BESPOKE products.

The lender provided a £3m loan for a Notting Hill apartment, lending against its finished value while the borrower completed development works between exchange and completion.

Century funded a £4m loan secured against a portfolio of 20 flats in a central Oxford location.

Notably, the rental income for the units in the building is on par with London, while the capital value is approximately 50% lower — indicating a potentially favorable income return.

Century supported a £750,000 deal on a £9m Chelsea townhouse, marking the fourth transaction with this particular client.

Finally, the lender secured a £5m loan against an estate in the Sussex Downs.

The borrower has a long-standing relationship with Century and its predecessor Omni Capital.
