The aim of this is to make application journeys quicker, easier, and more flexible for brokers and their clients.
New features in the portal include an ability to self-initiate and start new applications immediately, with one simple form used to capture everything needed to assess a case.
The portal also now allows brokers to pause an application, and return to it, at any stage.
Direct debit details can also be submitted without needing a signed mandate.
