The new offerings are designed to broaden access for landlords across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Key updates for the bridging proposition include bridging solutions being available in Northern Ireland, as well as the lender now supporting applications from foreign nationals and expats.
The firm will include ex-local authority properties in its bridging criteria while its updated criteria will also support semi-commercial properties, additionally, landlords and investors can now access bridging finance tailored to refurbishment needs, with a clear exit route onto a Quantum BTL mortgage.
