LHV Bank appoints new lending director

Based in Manchester and reporting directly to director of SME lending Conor McDermott, Callum will work across both trading and real estate businesses, focusing on term debt and investment lending, including growth, acquisition and expansion finance.

Callum joins LHV Bank following four years at Cynergy Bank, where he progressed to relationship director.

His earlier career includes roles with TSB Bank, Hitachi Capital and RBS, all within broker-facing relationship-led positions.

His appointment follows the recent hires of Olivia Carling and Emma Wright as lending operations managers and Dassos Alexandrou and James Murphy as lending managers.
