With a plethora of new announcements from Alternative Bridging Corporation (ABC), B&C thought it was about time we caught up with the lender to bring you their very latest news. Speaking exclusively to B&C, Brian Rubins Chairman of ABC, talks to us about Paris initiatives, broker portals and the importance of personal values…
First, and not such good news, one of our BDMs, Mark Levy, was taken ill earlier this month and will not be available to discuss your enquiries (or rugby) for a while. We wish him a speedy recovery and look forward to him rejoining our team as soon as he is fit. In the interim, Jonathan, Paul, Stephen and I are here to deal with your enquiries.
Secondly, we are pleased to announce the tomorrow’s launch of our new web site www.alternativebridging.co.uk. It has been carefully designed to easily provide you with valuable information on who we are, lending terms, and opportunities, etc. In particular, we have launched a new Broker Portal which has restricted access and will only be available to pre-registered property finance intermediaries. This is where we keep you fully informed of changes in lending terms, operational systems, completed deals, promotions and where we store useful documents. As time goes by, we will expand this area to assist you in tracking your loans, as well as making communication between us more efficient. First details of its launch will be posted exclusively on the Bridging and Commercial website so watch this space!
In other news, our “April in Paris” free prize draw grows nearer. Each time you make an enquiry at ABC you will be entered into the competition. The more enquiries you make, the greater your chances of winning. The trip includes Eurostar tickets leaving St Pancras on a Friday morning to arrive in Paris in time for lunch and a two night stay at the luxury four-star Melia-Alexander boutique hotel in the elegant Avenue Victor Hugo.
On the first evening the lucky pair will be wined and dined at the internationally famous La Coupole, whilst the second evening offers a tour of Paris, while you dine on the romantic Bateaux Mouches as it cruises down the River Seine. We will even include 100 Euros to pay for those artisan boulangerie breakfasts, espressos and any taxi rides. The competition closes on 30th March 2012, so let us hear from you NOW.
And lastly, our directors and management are together in our London office and so we enjoy a short chain of command and can therefore provide swift decisions. We share strong personal values combined with wide-ranging vision. Executing the loan is not good enough – we seek to satisfy your needs today and tomorrow, creating valued, enduring relationships. Call any of us at ABC – Jonathan, Paul, Stephen or me to let us prove this to you.
Sincerely,
Brian Rubins
Chairman
