Our new website with focused portals for each of our three areas of lending and a fourth specifically for brokers is open for business. 

With three separate portals covering residential investment and trading, commercial investment and trading and the business community, we have simplified communication of our terms and the application process. The fourth area with restricted access only for introducers, confirms our commitment to our friends in the broker community and as its content grows we have great plans for this area to become a mecca for our introducers.

With the growth of social marketing we recognised the need to raise the bar with our online presence and  since December we have been ‘tweeting’, ‘linking’ and ‘liking’ with really positive results and feedback.  With two-way traffic between these sites and our website, we readily display our real availability as a lender to this wide audience.  With LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook only a click away, we demonstrate our motto of keeping it simple and making it easy!

The recent AOBP Forum raised the topic of brokers choosing the best lender for the deal, not the right deal for the broker, and this in turn identified the confusion that surrounds defining the ‘best lender for the deal’. We believe our website makes clear our niche role within the industry and our capabilities and expertise in commercial property finance.

The new website is comprehensive but simple to use, allowing you to meet the people behind ABC and offers you a full range of downloadable documents, a broad selection of case studies, bridging news, our latest press and most importantly the ease of communication with us.

The portals access detailed information for each of our three business areas. Entry to the Broker Portal is limited to introducers and requires a quick registration process, simply to contain confidential information for our registered brokers, providing them with up to date information, tips and guidance, swiftly and simply.

The website features our broker promotion, ‘April in Paris’, with an entry to the prize draw each time we receive a new enquiry. With multiple entries allowed, an all inclusive weekend in Paris has proved popular with our brokers since starting the competition at the end of February. It continues until the close of business on Friday 30th March and more details are available in Broker News in the Broker Portal.

Having a website is not new, we have had one for the past 15 years, but one which is forward looking, comprehensive and informative yet clear and easy to use will prove to be  a valuable tool for our introducers to use.
