Alternative Bridging Corporation (ABC) - bridging lender focused on short-term commercial loans for the property and business community – has revealed the lucky winner of its ‘Set Sail in Style’ competition.
Finance broker Dave Mant, of 4UBridging, and his family will be setting off from Lymington Harbour on a Friday afternoon to sail the Solent. They will be dining on-board on Saturday and Sunday as well as enjoying evening meals ashore in some of the finest local restaurants.
ABC promoted the competition from May to July at both the MBE and NACFB exhibitions, via its social media and on its website competition portal.
‘Set Sail in Style’ is ABC’s second competition this year and, much like ABC, the prize offers something a little less predictable.
On finding out he had been drawn as the winner, Dave Mant admitted he had never expected to win. He said: “Most people think they will never win, just like myself, and never bother entering.
“I am delighted with the prize as sailing is not only a hobby of mine but I generally have a love of anything to do with water - I get to take both my son and son-in-law with me and they’re fans of sailing too so it should be a great weekend with the family!”
