Specialist lender Dragonfly Property Finance has announced that Elliot Hyames, Head of Sales, is to leave the firm.

Elliot played an important role in the early years of the short and medium term lender’s business, generating deal flow as Dragonfly extended its offering beyond the core bridging product to second charges, medium term buy-to-let loans, development/mezzanine finance, and commercial finance.

Dragonfly is an award-winning lender and has advanced more than £500 million in loans since inception. 

B&C understands that an experienced industry figure will be taking Hyames’ position at Dragonfly in the coming weeks.

The Dragonfly team is renowned for offering a high level of service and Elliot’s broker relationships will be reallocated across the team.
