Added £75 commission for commercial brokers

.

Mortgage Times and its commercial finance partner, E1 Finance, will be giving brokers the opportunity to earn a further £75 by referring clients applying for commercial finance.

The director of underwriting at E1 Finance, Mike Pollard, highlighted the importance of helping brokers during this particularly difficult time and encouraging them to seek out clients. “With the additional fee payment, brokers can earn very satisfactory remuneration and retain happy clients.”

Adding to this, the director of product and provider development for Mortgage Times, Richard Stokes, underlined the need for brokers to make use of their client banks in order for them to receive the best advice. “We have arranged exclusives for brokers before with E1 and have always been successful in highlighting additional income opportunities and encouraging activity.”

With the scheme being open to applications until the end of this year, brokers having access to the experienced underwriters of E1 to talk through potential cases and not to mention, the extra commission, it should prove a good incentive for brokers to find deals.
