Specialist bridging, development and asset finance lender United Trust Bank (UTB) continues its quarterly broker survey with participants standing a chance at winning a trip to the Big Apple, complete with a helicopter tour of Manhattan and a hotel stay in the heart of the city.

UTB has announced that those that take part in its latest broker survey will be added into a grand prize draw which will see one lucky broker jetting off to New York for the holiday of a lifetime.

UTB’s grand prize includes:

• Return flights for two people to New York;
• Return transfers from the airport to the hotel;
• Three nights’ accommodation in New York;
• New York Wall Street Tour for two people;
• Helicopter Tour of Manhattan for two people; and
• ESTA Fees for two people.

What’s more, those that participate in other surveys and various promotions throughout the year will be entered into the draw again for each time they contribute.

This quarter, respondents have been asked to outline their outlook for the coming financial year, including what they might expect to happen to the UK’s wider economy.

UTB’s previous survey found that half of all brokers surveyed would charge a fee even if their deal does not eventually move to completion.
