Specialist development lender Regentsmead has introduced its latest innovation following the launch of the firm’s dedicated YouTube channel.

Dubbed “Regentsmead TV”, the channel will become the hub for all of the Edgware-based funder’s online video content.

The platform was originally introduced after Regentsmead took several snippets of recorded feedback from its most valued introducers and clients around the UK.

The short recordings were then put together to form a testimonial video – submitted as part of the firm’s entry into the Bridging & Commercial Awards 2013 – and will join many others to be uploaded in the near future.

The lender plans to include testimonials from a range of both brokers and professionals, showing how Regentsmead has been instrumental in getting a number of projects through to completion, complete with video tours of various sites and interviews with developers, construction workers and landlords.

At present, the channel’s top video features an interview with Alex Neale, of Midland Park Homes, who faced a number of troubles completing a development in Londbridge, Birmingham until he came into contact with Regenstmead.

The channel also shows the firm’s CEO, James Bloom, speaking with Finance 4 Business’ Russell Martin, David Napier of Alexander Property Finance and Matthew Creed of AAA Management.

Regentsmead has said that the move to YouTube comes as the latest instalment in the funder’s increasing innovation with social media and e-marketing, both of which it has recorded significant success with.

Speaking about his firm’s YouTube presence, James Bloom said: “Regentsmead TV is another example of how we have been able to create a finely tuned balance between the old and the new.

“While maintaining our traditional core values of a high quality personable and flexible service, Regentsmead continues to take huge strides into the 21st century with cutting edge and innovative solutions to help improve channels of communication to brokers and clients alike.”
