Cheval Property Finance plc has won Best Bridging Finance Provider of the Year Award at the 2008 Business Moneyfacts’ Awards, held at The Brewery on February 29.

The accolade, decided on the basis of product data collated from across the industry, was presented to Mark Posniak, Cheval’s Director of Sales and Marketing, by television financial journalist Jasmine Birtles. This was the first time this award was presented and is in recognition of the growing prominence of the bridging sector.
