Catalyst are looking for any unfinished development sites across the country and will offer up to 50% of the current market value of the site.

They have already been inundated with requests from medium sized developers who are unable to obtain further funding to complete various sites and are now wishing to sell up.

The sites must be unfinished but can be either apartments or houses and a finders fee will be paid to the broker upon completion.
