Finance 4 Business has putting on another broker event in response to the praise from its event with InterBay Commercial earlier this month. Regentsmead and Capital Bridging are also hosting the event that will take place on the 21st of November.
Russell Martin, Director of Finance 4 Business, said the company is pleased that Regentsmead and Capital Bridging are supporting them with the event. He added: “We are very much looking forward to this workshop, especially after the success of the InterBay workshop last month.
“From the feedback received at our InterBay workshop last month, all the attendee’s expressed an interest in a bridging and development workshop, we thought it would be a good opportunity to combine this into one workshop so the introducers get the most out of the day.”
James Bloom, Chief Executive of Regentsmead, said: “This is the perfect launch for our new Exclusive Product at 9 per cent p.a and we are very excited to be doing this event in conjunction with Finance 4 Business who are a key introducer to us.
“We work very closely with Russell and his team and we expect to meet many brokers on the day who we can help to work with us and take advantage of this new market leading product. An exciting step forward for us and we are very much looking forward to the event.”
Keith Aldridge, Managing Director of Capital Bridging Finance said: “Capital Bridging Finance (CBFL) is delighted to be working in collaboration with Finance 4 Business and Regentsmead on their workshop initiative. At the core of the CBFL proposition is our desire to work closer with specialist like Finance 4 Business and their broker contacts to ensure we have it from the horse’s mouth what it is that coal face workers in the short term funding sector want from funders. Too few lenders seek the support of the end user in the development of their products something that Capital is building a reputation for doing.
“I fully expect the day to be thought provoking with everybody leaving better informed about the market, what it offers and what it is likely to be offering in the future. I would urge any broker who wants to capitalize on the growing opportunities that exist in the sector to book their place as soon as possible.”
The number of attendees currently stands at around 50 to 60 brokers. Although, this figure is expected to rise due to the high demand, which has been apparent before the event has been promoted.
The event is being held at the Lea Marston Hotel from 9:15 am to 1pm. The event is scheduled to include question and answer sessions with the hosts, networking opportunities and briefings to the companies.
Regentsmead expect to host repeat events next year in light of the initial broker reception to the event.
