United Trust Bank (UTB) is looking for experienced and enthusiastic lending/sales professionals to join its bridging and development finance teams.

United Trust Bank, the specialist short term lender, is enjoying an exceptional year with considerable growth across all of its divisions. Confident that the business will continue to grow as the economy improves the Bank has committed to increasing resources within the Bridging and Development Finance teams. Earlier this year the Asset Finance division recruited several new staff doubling the size of the team and doubling its lending.

Noel Meredith, Executive Director of United Trust Bank and Head of the Development Finance Division, said: “We continue to receive a high volume of good quality enquiries for Bridging and Development Finance. Lending has grown substantially and as a result we need more energetic and experienced people to join us so that we can continue to offer customers and intermediaries a prompt and high quality service.

“United Trust Bank has an enviable reputation for delivering excellent products and a service which is second to none. If there are experienced bridging or development finance sales professionals who want to work in a forward looking organisation and are committed to providing the very best customer experience, we want to hear from them.”

Anyone with a strong customer focus and a proven track record of sales working directly in the bridging or development finance sectors is encouraged to contact Karen Franklin at United Trust Bank – [email protected].

UTB’s Autumn Survey

The lender’s last 2013 survey is coming to a close and as a thank you for taking the time to complete the survey; participants will be entered into the iPad mini prize draw plus an entry into United Trust Bank’s Grand Draw for a chance to win a trip to New York.

United Trust Bank is asking for just a few minutes of your time to complete its Autumn Survey. The regular survey gives brokers the opportunity to tell the lender your views on what is happening in the market, helping them to work with you to meet your needs.
