p>Precise Mortgages, the specialist lender, has expanded its sales team with two of the intermediary markets most experienced sales managers. Liza Campion and Chris Parr both took up their positions earlier this month and have a remit of expanding the lender’s distribution capabilities.
Chris Parr has joined as National Sales Manager in the lender’s Bridging Team and will manage broker and packager relationships in the North Region. He will be responsible for identifying new packagers to go on to Precise Mortgages’ Premier Panel which attracts higher procuration fees, exclusive products and marketing support. Chris will report to Gareth Lewis who has been promoted to Director of Bridging.
Gareth Lewis commented: “I am looking to build a dream team that will support our intermediaries and grow our volumes and Chris was the first person on my target list.”
Liza Campion has joined as National Sales Manager in the lender’s Near Prime and BTL Team and will be responsible for working with mortgage packagers. Liza is has over 28 years of experience in this sector and is well known in the packager market having previously been Director of the Association of Mortgage Packagers and Distributors.
Liza will report to Roger Morris who added: “Before appointing Liza to the role I rang a number of our key packagers for their views and to say she received a glowing reference is an understatement. With this appointment we intend to provide further support to our mortgage packagers so that we can grow our businesses together.”
