Commercial First Wins Best Commercial Mortgage Service Provider Award For Second Year

.

Specialist commercial mortgage lender, Commercial First, has once again been voted the UK’s top commercial mortgage service provider by brokers and IFAs in the recent annual awards organised by the commercial finance information provider, Business Moneyfacts. The award confirms Commercial First’s place as the top UK specialist lender, following its first place in the 2006 most innovative product category, and its first place in the commercial mortgage provider best service category in 2007.

Stephen Johnson, sales and marketing director of Commercial First, commented “We are delighted to win this award for the second year running, having achieved top position in its inaugural year as a ‘voted for’ category. Service delivery is an increasingly significant factor in successful commercial mortgage broking and lending, and we have made great efforts to keep our service offer ahead of the rest of the field.

“The added value services that Commercial First provides to its intermediaries and their brokers include a well established scheme of marketing support – including a series of marketing workshops currently available across the UK – and an extensive network of regional sales staff. The recently launched sole representation legal facility has also been very well received, along with next day commission payments and the success of the further advance and broker training teams. Within the last 12 months we have successfully delivered a major IT project - “cfirst” - that offers an online mortgage application and processing facility. Cfirst has already achieved a 43% reduction in turn-around times for re-finance applications, and continues to offer intermediaries greater speed and efficiency in delivering commercial mortgage solutions to their clients.

“As the current market conditions remain challenging, we will continue to offer the highest levels of service to support our intermediary partners, and will strive to make it three in a row next year”
