B&C has pinpointed a wave of landmark shuffles within the market as of late, which features some key members jumping to fellow lenders.

West One Loans saw BDMs Nick Russell and Kier Morris head off this month.

As of June, Kier Morris took on the position of Property Development Manager at Aldermore Bank. Nick Russell now works as an Associate Director for property consultants firm, Lambert Smith Hampton.  West One Loans is said to be initiating plans to fill the positions with sturdy candidates.

After announcing the appointment of an ex-RBS Director earlier this week, B&C has discovered that two BDMs from Bridgebank Capital have moved on to different firms.

B&C understands that Laurence Goodman, Managing Director of Bridgebank Capital has stated that BridgeBank runs a high profile sales environment and so if people can’t handle the heat - they need to get out of the kitchen.

After a year at Bridgebank Capital, Robert Heywood has become a Commercial Finance Consultant at Enness Private Clients and Huw Oddy now acts as a BDM for Signature Private Finance, a newcomer to the short-term lending market.

Also, Hetal Pandit, Marketing Coordinator for the Blemain Group has moved to a new position of a similar nature outside of the industry.

Today, industry lender Hope Capital unveiled the appointment of Pauline O’Gorman as its HR Specialist.
